MeL Databases Training

MeL Databases online classes are listed and scheduled on the MCLS workshop registration system. 

Any Michigan library staff or classroom teacher may sign up using the online registration system. All of the MeL Databases online classes are FREE to Michigan school and library staff.  All of the MeL Databases classes are eligible for free SCECH's for K12 staff and Library of Michigan CEU's for public library staff. Participants in these classes may also request a "contact hours" certificate of completion.

Participants may use a computer in a library or may participate from home computers.  Each participant will need a computer with speakers and the Internet.  A microphone is handy, but if not available, participants can use online chat for any questions.  Basic Internet navigation skills are required.

MeLCat Training

MeLCat online classes and in-person trainings are listed and scheduled on the MCLS workshop registration system.

Any MeLCat library staff may sign up using the online registration system. Most of the MeLCat classes are FREE.
